LU’LUAT AL RAHA COURTHOUSE RESIDENCES

This project is part of Al Raha Island Development and located in the bay district in Abu Dhabi. The courtyard residences targets the luxury end markets.

The design focuses on human experience articulation rather than icon building design to create a memorable place that the user will enjoy to live in and feel pride to belong to. Some design decisions are left uncompleted for the residents to have the ability to draw their own identity and touch.
